Absolutely awesome I come to Louisiana for work quite often throughout the year and the staff is top-tier cleanness is on point. Any questions or concerns they are Johnny on the spot! Very accommodating highly recommend.
Location is great for my work and also tucked away. Rooms are nice and cozy. Everything works well and if something fails they are on top of it to get it back on par with expectations. Best of all os the staff and management , thank you for a great stay ( Ashley , Ron , and Isaiah)
The staff here at Hometown Studios in Sulphur La are a caring, professional and on top of things staff. They go above and beyond to make sure our stay here is comfortable. The rooms, grounds, laundry facility, and office are kept clean and it is a delight to see such cleanliness. I asked for a broom and mop so I could clean my floor in the room out of boredom. . It was provided. I’ve been offered an iron to iron my clothes when I asked if they had hangers so I could hang my clothes to get the wrinkles out due to being folded in my suitcase. Hangers were given right then as well as offered an iron. Towels are given out as I need them daily, I’ve never had to ask. One of the fire alarms was going off in one of the rooms and a staff member knocked on my door to see if it was my fire alarm. That is safety at its best. Each and every staff member of whom I’ve come in contact with greet me with a smile. Even the grounds keeper as we said hello to each other, his smile, in the heat under a hot sun was a delight. I want to give a shout out to this staff and I thank you all for your interest in assuring we as customers are looked out for and treated as family. My husband and I just checked in. Booking a 28 day stay. The lady running the office was really nice. Our room was clean. Full size refrigerator with 2 burner stovetop. Looking forward to our stay.
Ron is very personable person been good since day one. Isaiah is an up-and-coming hotel entrepreneur learning all sides of his craft top to bottom. The house cleaning crew is respectful and thorough. And Miss Ashley keeping everything going in One direction.
The people here are AMAZING!! I love the service and the area is very convenient. Ron, Ashlee, Isaiah have been excellent and Im extremely happy with my stay. And would recommend this hotel to others in the near future. The turn around is commendable from where this place used to be. The rates are affordable as well. Thank you guys for your hospitality!!
I’m a single mom of two girls was in a rough situation. Had to come here for a week. It’s the only place I had to go and it is amazing. The staff are amazing. It’s clean, quiet and safe. I miss run. The gym is the best.
If you are working out of town and want to save money I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff who are on point. Great location right off IH-10 Cities Service exit in Sulphur. Best value around. Also, it's cheaper to book directly with them at the front desk. Rates when I was there $40-$45/night depending on the room you select. Oh and that's the price AFTER taxes.
